About

Trying not to
say anything too big.

mysorato is a place where one person builds tools in spare time. It's not a company. There's no mission statement or vision, really.

It always starts the same way: something feels "a little annoying," and I try to solve it myself. I publish these hoping they'll help someone, but I'm not trying to push anyone to use them.

Rules I try to follow when building

01
No instructions needed
You should understand what it does the moment you open it. If you can't, that's a design problem.
02
Free things stay free
Build something usable first, before thinking about ads or paid features. Pricing comes later, if ever.
03
Only the personal data that's needed
Don't ask for what you don't need to ask for. Only collect data you can explain a reason for collecting.
04
Ship it even when it's unfinished
Rather than hide something until it's perfect, I'd rather release it at 60% and improve it while people use it.

What's here right now

Right now there are four things: a device benchmarking tool called Pro Ultra, a Japanese typo-correction AI called Mojinao, a long-text formatting AI called Yomiyasu, and My Sorato Free Blog. What comes next honestly isn't decided yet. Whenever I run into something annoying in daily life, I'll probably build and add something new.
